globex fixed it now.

What always amazes me is that some people think that a technical glitch at some exchange has deep, dark significance.
Don't the conspirazoids know that computers never break down?

Yeah, well, just wait till you miss a trade because your broker's website crapped out.
It's happened to me several times.
