When the colorado rockies lost to their farm team the colorado sky sox in pre season..the odds for them to win the world series or even win the national league penant were a zillion to one!! Everybody (odds makers) was looking at how lousy the team was but few failed to realize how strong there farm team was!!! yes hindsight is 20/20 but god do I wish I had made that bet!!! VIVA LA ROCKIES!!!!

I live in Denver. You could hear the fireworks like 4th of July when the Rockies won their series over Philly. Rock Pile tickets were $150 for the Philly series... bet they're even more, now.

Cool! I went to CU...glad to see them crawling back on the right track!! (as did joe Kernen, David Faber
and Carl Kintanea sic)

that win in the wild card game against SD was as big as Elways "the drive" in my book!!!

I was beside myself...

IC, all but gave up baseball a few years ago after the Sox swept the Stros ....waited over 2 decades as a Sox fan for that. But this fair-weathered Rockies fan is back and loving every minute of it....remember opening day like it was yesterday. Now if the market would only cooperate in the coming several dayz, it'll all be good

No doubt - a great and amazing game. (And talk about blowing a save....)
