Cancer Rates Continue to decline

Out today is the great news that cancer rates continue to decline in the USA. We've made great strides, but more work needs to be done. Please go yourself and make sure your loved ones get routine screening. The data clearly shows it works.

Get a mammogram. Get a colonoscopy. Do annual stool occult blood tests. Get a complete physical once a year, starting at 40. Women should get annual PAP smears staring at menses. Don't smoke. Get checked out immediately if you lose weight unexpectedly, or are sick. Get a PSA.

When data like this comes out it reminds me of how proud I am to be part of modern medicine. This is great stuff...
