The only times that might have significant statistical relevance are the days before and after the holidays, but they are so heavily exploited, it might not matter anymore...
I am not saying that a seasonal low is not upon us, but this kind of statistics is just noise without the proper confidence interval or variance, in your case it must be less than 1 day, but I am sure it is more than that unless you actually know its accuracy down to intraday data...
... and obviously its dominance with respect to any other pattern currently effecting the prices...
