being in the real estate industry...I have seen the speculation that took place in 2003-2007 and it will blow your mind.... these guys have no idea of the paper they hold! (banks) EVERYBODY and I mean Everybody is involved!!! Remember the internets didnt lead the mkt when the mkt bottomed in 2002! some of them are just now coming around!
