answer: does not matter, just buy hand over fist. a full 15% of my a/c is in bullish SPY, QQQQ, & IWM option strategies at various strikes going out as far as next quad-ex, initiated today. charts do not lie. look no further than volume the last 2 sessions and ask yourself, who is unloading? and did you see Citi & GS at the close?? meanwhile, in ETF-land, XLF has made a beautiful double-bottom, while XBD has V-bottomed with many a bullish divergence.
