Aint happening. 41 millon shoppers havent even started xmas shopping. Less than half have finished their shopping. Could it be becuase they have no money ? That hasn't stopped them before. Nor will it stop them again. They will use those credit cards anyway, for those who are trying to resist. Old habits die hard.
