Could Ben say this today? Or he just does it. By looking at the USD I guess Ben was pumping liquidity just before his congress hearing.

I think when the Chinese administration said that their market "was in a bubble" a couple weeks ago that was a clear buy signal for China, at least. I don't know what Ben will say but I do remember Greenspan's irrational exuberance speech in the mid 90's and what the market did afterward. It dropped immediately on the "news" but we all know what happenned later.
By the way, does anyone know of any outstanding Chinese based ETF's? I'm looking for at least a little liquidity. I've been using EWH and FXI for swing and position trading but I'd like to make some LT purchases once we get an international correction in equities.
