Related info... Blackstone is taking Orbitz public again.
According to Forbes, Orbitz Worldwide IPO is scheduled this week. 34 million shares will be issued to the stock market and managed by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers. The share price introduction should be between $16 and $18. Orbitz Worldwide is a division of Travelport which is owned by the giant private equity fund Blackstone Group who recently acquired Hilton.
Orbitz Worldwide will be listed on New York Stock Exchange under the symbol OWW.
