Not that I take much issue with anything save the Chinese growth rate, but I can't imagine why anyone would rely upon or even care about the UN's position on pretty much anything.

I wouldn't trust the UN to watch my dog.....or manage my food for oil program.
In the end we retain from our studies only that which we practically apply.
