I am a good C++, Java programer. I wish to get real-time steaming data from TD Ameritrade Level I and Level II.
I contact TDAmeritrade tech support apidev@tdameritrade.com
they do not reply, other customer service doesn't know what I talked about.
Could you please share some information with me?
who had used TDAmeritrade's API to get steaming data?

NinjaTrader supports TDAmeritrade' data feed.
NinjaTrader Partners
You can search NinjaTrader's support forum to find out how to set up with TDAmeritrade's API. I've seen posts on just this topic.
I currently use TDAmeritrade's StrategyDesk for automated trading. I think your trading strategy development would be much faster using StrategyDesk. You can easily port your StrategyDesk formulas to work in C# or C++.
Good luck with the trades.
