OK...now...let's take a look at what the Congressional make up has been all through the years.
Those years in blue are Democratic control of both the House and Senate.
Those years in red are Republican control of both the House and Senate
Those in gray are split between the two chambers.
SPX is in black...unemployment rate in brown...200 day EMA of unemployment in green.
