On 11/21 I noted that we had a ITBM Sell, but that it "backed into" the signal only marginally and on trivial weakness. I thought it a fade.

"When any indicator (especially those that are easily quantified and put into models) "backs into" a Sell, it's usually a fade. I think that "the Boyz" wait for these opportunities to bag the noobs and the less experienced/skilled modelers and "bot" designers."

Still short of our upside targets here...

I know what you mean though.. about "backing into"... sort of like having your trend line broken by time and not price as it moves sideways...

Very much so. Also, when a well-used Stochastic turns down and crosses the signal line on sideways action.

Be so careful about shorting just yet... the 300-min SP00s hasn't even reached its momentum peak yet... my signal is still long from 3043:

I'm very disinclined to short. We are long from much lower.
