Cool for sure.
I love garlic but I had to cut way back on my sulfuric acid after my teeth fell out.
PS: I have found out that too much vitamin C will give me hives.

What is way cool is that since the discovery of oranges (vitamin c) for the CURE and PREVENTION of scurvy in 1747 there has not been a SINGLE OTHER STUDY that has ever shown that MORE Vitamin C will do anything for you.

Of course - nothing in EXCESS is good for you. The body is always seeking a point of balance (homeostasis) ... it is miraculous how well we can maintain balance ... for a long time, despite external assault. But, hit age 50 and your body may not have the "balance" ability it once had. Anything in excess is bad for your health ... that's why there are no quick fixes ... only regular daily HABITS. Even too much exercise is harmful and has no link to longevity.
