VIX higher lows. Now looks like last September

Look closely at last September and you will see a big white candle blasting thru the upper BB followed by a red candle.
The red candle was the high bearish sentiment day like last night's.
This is the 4th push thru the VIX:SPX 20 EMA.
The other 3 quickly turned back down and the bull continued.
Seasonally, this one shouldn't.
