I posted yesterday that I thought he was stopped out. He just told me by PM that he was not, so I feel duty bound to retract my earlier statement. I hope he returns here, as no matter how much we may disagree with him from time to time, to the best of my observation, he's never been intentionally malicious towards anyone. Fwiw. D

He told me this morning the same. HOwever, he said he has tried to post but it won't go through so he wasn't sure if TT is keeping him from posting. But it's not that he doesn't want to post...just for the record...

I understand H1 is simply on moderation, not banned. However, it is not allowed to "call him out" on past calls and I have invisoed a post above for that reason.

Hi Roger. I appreciate everything you do here. Very much. It's a tough job, and getting more so than ever these days, and we are very lucky to have your volunteer efforts.

But I'm a little fuzzy on what you mean above. Are you saying, for example, that if I issue an SS Buy signal here, and then the market promply drops a 1000 DJ points, that no one here is allowed to refer to that SS Buy signal post in any way? That they must pretend I didn't post it? Can nobody here refer to anything I've said here in the past?

Or am I misunderstanding what you mean?

I just wanting to clarify my understanding of the rules - as these indeed are tense times, and observence of the rules become more important than ever in keeping order here. And I do not want to violate the rules because I was fuzzy in my understanding.

Many Thanks. D

As I understand the rules: What the rules imply is you cannot go - ha ha ha- you made a mistake. You also cannot strongly suggest some one deliberately lied about a post unless you have proof and refer to that proof in a civil manner. You can civilly imply that the market went against you or it appears that indicators gave false readings etc. Now IYB you have been on this board long enough to understand this is reasonable. It is not like the "great pretender" it is just gentlemanly behavior and common decency to all posters. There is also a fine line about beating a point to death, it can also get a poster in trouble, such as taunting and heckling. Some things are just better left alone to die without comment. Best to you, mss
