Yep, gotta expect a bounce after a 40 pt drop. But this low gets tested.

I'm a tiny bit short on GC... Watching and sweating (not about my position but the amount of soon to be useless USD I'm holding).
China plans a levered vehicle on the spot price of Gold, CME plans a future contract on renbimbi (mid aug), battle lines being drawn.

Guys, big picture here: if the ECB is not bailing out the Italian banks by Monday morning we are going to have a European style Lehman/AIG contagion. Hedge your equities bets and gold positions accordingly. I suspect printing is the ONLY solution that is feasible with so little time for the central bankers to avoid systemic collapse.
