Both now at 200sma flatline condition, both must climb a mountain slope (blue line) back to their previous highs to keep the 200sma slope from going negative.

This ma will become an interesting metric for comparing the two for the remainder of the year.

Does it cost extra to get Stockcharts that show 2012 already? Is it called Real-Time Plus? It would be well worth the money.
