Volume has been declining. Maybe volume will all of a sudden rush in if Dow creeps above 10,000, and drive the puppy higher ? Other than this, conditions look quite similar to right before the October downdraft of 07, with sediment quite similar. When enough sediment builds up, eventually you have a mud slide.
