Yes, USD should bounce here and it will bring back the volatility... But the first bounces in USD will be sold, so the equities will probably build that top for a few more weeks with higher highs to come ahead of elections...

We already had the $Yen bounce and now we have a light volume retest of the high volume breakout, so this bounce wasn't sold. Look for the light volume retest of the low and then watch the volume on the other side of it... as we move back up to 85.

What's your timeframe for USD=85? Even though an USD bounce is imminent (and an equity sell off is also), USD bottoming will take several weeks as there is some strong momentum, if not 2 months, imho. These momentum lows are usually retested a few times and the price lows are exceeded and it takes several weeks usually to complete. I don't see a turn yet for USD, just a bounce...

I suspect when the B of J is ready, we'll see another 3-4 hour spike, this time to 86 + We won't know when.
