A few years ago a friend of mine was a subscriber to a paid newsletter written by a couple of ''market technicians'' that were used to claim they had caught all the major tops and bottoms since the year 2000. Once in a while they publish a free report to let anyone read their fantastic forecasts. Today I' ve come to have their July 2011 report stating this : ''Markets are ready for the next leg up of the rally''...........it was published a few days before the 7th of July. Please go to see what happened just a few days later. you need to be a ''market technician'' to make forecasts like this otherwise you are noy able to
