BTW, thinner DARK BLUE LINE is the line initiated on Feb 9th - above bullish, below it bearish, as said before.

Potential IT Top still potent, but it hit a floor called "BLUE LINE" and bounced back into mid-air (see blue arrow)... Why I said yesterday that thin Darker Blue Line is "above it bullish, below it bearish". So, today's close keeps hopes alive for both bulls and bears.

Last target of 1411.70 considered met 4/30/12 and puked at 1411.65. This weekend ES finally broke the 3-month old Red Ascending Broadening Wedge as expected/posted. Now let's look forward and project where next downside targets may be:

After I came back from vacation on May 1st, short trades have been right on the 'money line' (detailed in other site). Only attention worth chart came from late last week is this DAX daily. As I said: "DAX is not falling for the Bear Flag BD trap as yet, so I drew some possible nightmare lines for bears just for heads up: do not overlook the probability of replaying "fractals" here, even though a bear flag is suppose to breakdown until it breaks out the flag pole to nullify it."

Updated ES 4 targets posted 5/6 into one chart to 5/18's close: use round up numbers, I can't nail them lines to decimals.


This week's been great for "swing those lines" trading. I nailed them all down in circles and the closing today. Post chart also to show why 'line traders' need no fish pole (other indicators) to fish:

So, downside targets posted in my 5/6 charts have: 2 down, 2 to go, completed in 2 weeks, report cards.

Since last Thursday, this bounce from 2nd target 1288.70 was in my trades and blog postings, for obvious reasons that robots and programed tradings can't miss this and that the result would imminently trigger a 'rush out the exit' 'squeeze' effect. Let's see 1 minute chart on Sunday just minutes into futures session. The H&S 1299.70 target got hit and reversed without looking back since:




And this "Sickle" blade, once again, gives ample warning time/space for bears to respond: I respect the shape just by looking at it, LOL!

I'd expect a back test of 1330 (my 1st target) for next thumb up/down move; there's always trading plans to have gotten in and to get out next.
