Big debate whether this is a bull or bear, I don't know, it's just not as easy to spot as it was in 2008.
My guess is we will see higher prices, the TRIX on the monthly has not crossed down thru the zero line
even though MACD has crossed, so that tells me the market is stronger than it looks.
