SOA is the second largest holding in my chemical basket. EMN buys is for cash and a bit of stock this AM at a 40% premium. Note EMN (also in basket) is up about 10%, too, so the market sees value in this. I still think these stocks all trade at or above their 2011 highs before the rally pauses or ends for the chemical names.
