One of my favorite Fib tricks gives a possible TLT target of 147.93, and that's just using recent information. The same technique accurately would have accurately gotten you in the ballkpark (price actually exceeded that target by 3 bucks) in 2009. 133 is a real probability. If I start from the January 2011 low and do the same thing, you don't event want to know. Frankly I don't think anyone would pay those prices for Treasuries, but who knows.
