No suprise then that 90 or 80 (or??- % of retail traders lose!
and options buyers lose, while option sellers/brokers/dealers profit.
As for VIX below 20 as an indication of market decline--- from a Bloomberg anchor, quoting
someone, who says to buy PUTS now!
