Begin at 22:00 and watch for a minute or two. The rest of their expectations (expressed in the video) may prove right and may prove wrong but you can't argue the accuracy of their expectation of what the Fed would do or "why" they would do it. Because they are now committed to this approach.
And, yes, I did read your lips and they were 100% wrong, as expected. LOL
