Despite the surge at the open the whole shabang is sagging once again. NDX weak, Small caps weak. DOW that suffered hard over the past few days is kinda hanging in. Once again everyone trying to buy large cap "safe plays".
The rest is very unimpressive.
Yet again.. weak and unexciting bounce. Smallcaps struggling again.
