Got a small position in NUGT @9.88. and have my finger on the trigger to add much more. Was wondering where you were, Senor.

been taking stabs at long side the past few weeks. I will add that I have just scanned my longer term HUI/Gold ratio charts and I am getting some serious signs that a grande low in that ratio is being made. Hopefully that implies a big rally in both gold and gold stocks and not that gold stocks decline at a lesser rate than gold in a grande decline.

Would like to see the bullish percent click up (green dotted line on chart below).

Good luck and good trading.

still long 3300 shares of SLV, and short about 130 out of the money call options, trying to keep it almost Delta neutral. Will keep on doing that until market takes me out. gis

si, the concern here is that even as oversold as the gold/silver stocks are we could go into a nasty capitulation stage and drop another 10-20%.

of course that is possible , senor, not a high probability though. sentiment is quite bearish . yesterday oi increased, indicating shorting. cycles are drawing close or there as far as the bottom is concerned. time is short for the bears. i have some cash, small % , which i am looking to redeploy. waiting. some of the ratios, gld/xau, gld/hui, gld/gdx are @ new forever lows. = miners are cheap. my take fwiw, is the gold community has dumped their position. and some one , the invisible hand eg is accumulating. it happened last time as well. my best guess is the 505 haircut of 75-76 has not been replicated due to heavy cb support. although late to the dance, the cbs realize the gravity of the situation. although the former socialist countries are more and more capitalistic, the usa and europe grow more and more towards socialism. the fundamentals for the pms shine brighter and brighter. 17months of correction has parted many from their holdings. core is for apples, not people dharma

it remains to be seen wether enough bugs have been sufficiently decimated and ran out of their positions to mark capitulation here or not IMO, not. The pain is not yet unbearable.
