Has formed an irregular flat. Implication: Higher highs ahead. Could get choppy. Target top 8 TD cycle top due next Wed on Full Moon +/-. 4 td cycle low due Monday, so perhaps up into Fri, down into Mon and up into Tues or Wed to near 1580. Higher lows and highs ahead. Think the final top will be in early April above 1590.
