On a monthly basis July high is 1683.63.
Its not unusual that intra month the high can be exceeded.
However it pays to FADE those moves.
I have just charted the time since the 2009 lows below.
There are 3 moves somewhat above and probably a few that are just marginal.
Lets see how this last session of the month goes.
