I am ST long SPY which may change to IT long if market breadth cooperates. My Momentum Meter hasn't issued a buy but will most likely do that once the cash market opens, and it will be retroactive to close of yesterday. I have explained the reason for this on my blog.
Today is most likely a small range day except if Washington doesn't Jinks it!
