Keep in mind the FED is running a negative real rate of interest, which should rerate stocks relative to other assets. The resolution removes another hurdle, other being Syria wars, Egypt, North Korean threats, all of these "dangers" dissolved into nothing. They were overcome by the nitroglycerine the FED has in place.

Negative response by the markets to a 'positive resolution' by DC is expected by the end of the month.
