close at highs or lows today on DJIA?

Inquiring minds want to know.
I see a 70% chance it will close at or near high today. For the triple witching week which is the next week I see both DJI and SPX will make new highs (NAZ already at new high)..

You are right, just a regular monthly OpEx week.
