I'm 20 of 31 up,
pretty weak, I am usually 28 or 29 of 31 up on days like this,
maybe breadth is waning.
But the other account is 24 of 30 up.

I looked at the monthly charts of all the IBD 50 and it seems a good portion of them have monthly hanging man candlesticks (potentially). However the month is not over so is is a mixed signal .
