If this thing can make it past that down red line, then that is step 1 to nullify this bearish pattern. I will go to neutral with a bullish bias if it does. then breaking above that white horizontal line should put the bulls back in business.
However my odds machine does not favor that scenario. But the FEDs can change that right.
