I manage IRA money and a little private money on the side for fun. I use daily/2 hour charts and go in and out of positions as my model dictates. Usually hold for 10 days up to several weeks. I rarely use leverage. That's who I am.
Anyways, I don't use this, but, it was a chart Terry Laundry used to post on his site. I use it to determine trend. It can be a little slow for my trading system but still is a nice add for a different viewpoint.
