Perhaps it was meant to be. IWM only needed a flat close on Friday to close above the Tri-Star Doji on the weekly. But on such a normally seasonally super bullish day for equities, it turned out ugly for IWM. The oil crash was to blame for that, but it came at the right time to keep the bearish doji formation intact and a follow-through this week would most likely confirm THE top.
