watch the 1260 area where it broke out from on the 16th.
If bulls fail to hold that, then breakout/fakeout top becomes much more likely...under 1250 again, and wheels likely come completely off bull bus on RUT.
Then the next big level to watch would be around 1200ish....am guessing if 1260 does fall, then 1200 comes pretty quickly afterwards....
