The wild card here is the Nasdaq... a runaway train.
Using some geometrics...
I came up with a short term resistance at 6043
BINGO...
Next one now not til 6073....
We're on our way now... expect some congestion at 6058 now, it could even stick today.

from prior posts you may know i do not base trades at all on seasonality, though i do pay attention to it. it is nice to have seasonality as a tailwind, and i do feel it will help the bulls here for the next few trading days.

SPX still has a consolidation due at 2385.71...
We'll see if we get it this morning or not...
BINGO...
Now is that all it wanted here, surely we're going to tag that 2385.71 one more time to the upside...
But.. if it drops under 2377, that's when it gets very ugly.

This is a LIGHT VOLUME PULLBACK...
Not what the bears wanted to see.
but.. price is king and volume can accelerate.
So we'll see, but I am skeptical.

So after jumping the creek the first time up, we finally rationalized and consolidated the last day of extreme volume high at 2385.71...
This time after testing it, we're grinding up and down it here...
Still in process of rationalization.
So those banks and oils were hit hard, now it looks like there's some defensive buying coming back. Mutual fund lowball buy programs...

Increased long from 55 to 65% at 2383. Backing and filling here should be constructive for further gains over end of April and early May.

sold back down from 65% to 55% on 7 pt spx bounce.

Wish more of my positions were in NAZ100.
It's getting to be a pain to come to page 5, so I think I will start a new thread under the same name on page 1 so I don't have to go so far to post. This has been going since Jan. 15, 3.5 months, so I guess it's time to start a new one, fwiw. So if you don't see any more posts here, if you happen to be looking, it will probably be on page 1 tomorrow morning. All I can say is, things are kind of interesting right now with all the interest in Amazon, Google, etc. Is this the blowoff that ends it all?
