Very bold indeed, considering NYSE Decliners are nearly 2450 stocks, five times the number of Advancers. Today has all the hallmarks of a classic Trend Down day, of which we have not had one for a while.

Looks like another down leg going to bring on that 6251 test... 6251.26
If we get another overrun like this last test...
6233 going to be next.

6249 - overrun, even if we bounce probably going to need to retest it... then minor 6233 next on a test/failure, no major support til 6218...

XLP and XLU holding the market up, decline would be far worse if not for the resilience of the "defensives". The only four Dow components positive on the day are all consumer staples.

Speaking of the SEMIS, I'm watching NVDA closely. NVDA is a true market leader without the hype of FAANG. It continues to hold on stubbornly to the 165.44- 165.80 range, which is a positive for the market. If NVDA breaks significantly from current levels, it bodes very ill for the market.

OK so they stopped above at 6237, now they are going to try for a "null test" - stealth sign of strength - with STRONGER VOLUME fails to test....
We'll see
