Bonds are starting to deviate from stocks.  They've had two good days.

If we don't break it on a hard close this afternoon then I expect a large gap down tomorrow below all support to get the move down started.

Very heavy selling pressure. 

This could get very UGLYYYY going down if the daily low does not hold. 

 

Had one NQ short trade during the past 40 minutes.

The close today is critical; a new Otcober low today is very bearish.

If my fractal interpretation is correct, the truncated low may be in soon...

 

 

do you think that truncated low is above or below yesterday's low?

That's what I'm expecting but I wouldn't rule out a gap down tomorrow below support to kick off the panic.

Giving this NQ short some more room to pull-back and then resume down, but will not take a loss on it
