VST - down pretty hard .. so unsupportive right now

ST - neutral, but putting in a strong negative divergence looks like ..so a change is possible finally here.

Daily - neutral but right on sell zone.

 

OPEX is done - and finally I see selling is allowed ...so market should behave more back/forth this week.

2635 is obvious support area -  I'd expect a bounce attempt, a failure there wd give me hourly swing sell.

So I  got the hourly swing sell on break 2635 - next target 2600-2610

 

A failure to bounce there wd have major implications for this move ..but lets go one step at time.

1st confirmation of swing sell this AM - which was a VST buy, that failed to take out 50% retrace, and turned to sell now back at lows.

2nd conf' wd as said be drop under 2610 ...that is strong support here down to 2600. Below that the 'ugliness potential' rises, with 2580 the

cascade KP for the swing move.

 

I believe what happens here 2600-2615 is critical to what kind of down move this is - shallow retrace, deep or new IT down leg, once

I see price action here i'll have stronger view on which - faster we decline through 2600 the more bearish the setup on my system.

The strong support I said 2610 HELD ..on FIRST attempt ...off that support I see high odds a corrective back sweep  ..so I'm looking for a drop

lower before the close..maybe close flat/down.  

 

Then tomorrow looking for us to break below 2610 ...if we instead get back above 2648 we are likely in a 'b' wave that could even retest the highs again first, but  that is lower

odds than a beak lower.

Excellent analysis - didn't have the time to read it in real time though.  I missed the big moves down from 2653-2612 and back up, but did really well scalping, and playing both sides between 2635 and 2625.
