The cash market just made a spike up on the news that Trump today will meet with members of Congress for a solution to the shutdown. 

Z:  Does this fit your scenario 3?  Or you are expecting a higher high in the afternoon?

Breadth continues to be strong.

We hit a near perfect 3 levels off the session low 2580 +27.75 =2607.75  in this case we hit 2607 and we have not hit a 3 level day in over a week. Odds getting ruff for much more today upward but a little more sure but not my money. Downward we are overdue. 

 

As I state on front page of blog. News can change everything. Is it enough though.

 

1 L on weekly from our low of 80 puts us at 2613.25. Doable now do you think there is another move from 2607 to say 2640 a 2nd level. Not me. I see 2613 or 07 where we printed to 66.50 down 2L on the weekly. Very doable.

I have gotten destroyed by news the last 2 months. I think TA and Opinions are out the window until this resolves.

If we do drop from 2607 then we count:

3 down back to 80 could easily come back here.

4 down to 70

 

weekly 1 down from 07 = 73.75

 

That's 2 targets near each other.  Has potential. 

 

Or we mess around in the midlands until afterhours.

Forgot to mention...

 

We are in a bear market.

We will see 2175 or less this year.

We are likely correcting a 100 year run.

We will see things in this bear that made the depression seem like happy times.    

 

It can be very profitable just trade it and prepare yourself, specially spiritually. Your going to need it and I am being conservative in my words.

From 92.75 +2x2L= 2611.25

Using 4L up form 80 puts us at 2617.

1 week L at 2613.25 

 

 

Looks like a good zone for a turn.
