Once we get a 4 hour close over 920 on PL, bears should be done. At that point, all time frames out to daily will be back in bull mode...all turning within hours of each other...a fully synchronous turn....
Fight that at your peril....
If it fails at 920 then bears still have a sliver of hope, but even, then not likely for too long...I highly doubt we see PL back under 900 for a long time to come now...
