It's insane 4hrs 9 RSI on CL was at about 8.50? USOIL RSI is at 3.16.

Nobody can claim they saw this coming, maybe they caught the top, but this is a black swan event.
Cash will continue to hit circuit breakers. I don't think this stops before 2000, maybe not even there.

The only bullish count I see is this move down is a C wave with the 2018 crash that looked to be an ABC (Wave A) down.
If that 2317-2346 breaks, then truly a longer term bear market is here.
