Is it true that Chinese manufacturers set up shops in Italy because Made in Italy brings in much higher price for fashion merchandise than made in China? May be there are thousands of Chinese workers brought into work in those shops. That would explain how covid-19 traveled to Italy.

I have chinese neighboroughs, a quiet family working in a large chinese store not far from home. There are many chinese people here in the north and also romanians and other people as well. Chinese are mostly working in chinese stores as all the goods they sell here are imported from china. But in the textile district of Prato in Tuscany, central italy, chinese are also employed in textile productions which means in that area they are manufacturers.
