I remember a long time ago someone said that a bear market will be over when CNBC goes off the air and closes.   

 

If we are going into a depression worse than 1930's then I guess that could be possible. I mean who wants to sit and watch TV anchors reporting from their living room alone all day ?

Bears still have not accomplished much....

 

If bulls get up a head of steam this AM, bears may get overrun later on...

 

The fact that they could not gap the inverse ETFs over resistance line may favor bulls here...

 

Watching closely to see what happens here at QQQ 210.

 

Could be a dip under and go to the upside...
