Just for another 200 point drop, never retest the lows again. If it keeps going up that's ok too, I am just
tired of carrying a full long position into these tops and not shorting for the drop. My long term hedges are
not for trading in and out of.

maybe you are right about 3030, but probably 3000 might be reached. I' m considering a broadening top formation with a first drop to 2750 after 3000 is touched. it's not a perfect formation as the second top is slightly lower than the first and it shouldn' t be according to manuals, but manuals are never right as nothing on the trading battle field is exactly like in manuals.
