AZ way down, about half of yesterday's number
CA most of the big counties just reported, and way down there as well.
FL up
Still waiting on TX big counties...
But if AZ and CA keep printing those lower numbers for a few more days, then the spikes may be coming to an end...
Also looking like very good possibility we end up with lowest non-weekend reporting day for deaths yet.
Chugging relentlessly towards zero....

Limited testing and challenges in the attribution of the cause of death means that the number of confirmed deaths may not be an accurate count of the true number
of deaths from COVID-19. UK and Brazil only country higher

I'm in southern Arizona.
Be interesting to know where these numbers are coming from and what they are based on.
Just this weekend our Mayor issued an order that masks are mandatory.
First time this has occurred,
Our governor, like our President, didn't want to take responsibility so pushed it onto the local authorities.
Our local news indicates instances are UP not DOWN.
Our local VA, which I just got back from about an hour ago, is still screening everyone and can't enter
any facility (building) until 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This is a large area, guessing about 1/2+ mile square.

How about try looking at your own state website for starters?
1795 today. Yesterday's number was 3593. 1795/3593=49.95% or less than half.
Could be a one off, or maybe not. Need a few more days to tell if the spike is over or not.

New York is done.
Once this Southern spike finishes, the rest of the country will not be far behind...

I agree. They had everyone and their brother protesting etc. in close quarters for weeks, weeks ago, and they've got falling hospitalizations and almost no deaths. That tells us something.
